We have found the Tip Clip to be a valuable device even months after our 4 year old twins had mastered the "wedge". On spring break in Steamboat our family looked to try more aggressive terrain but our twins were hesitant. Luckily we had the Tip Clips handy and we put them on at the top of a new run. The boys were immediately more comfortable and we were able to enjoy a new run with steep bumpy terrain.
